Eva N. Juncker has zealously represented her clients with respect and compassion in all facets of family law for nearly 25 years.  Eva’s practice concentrates in handling high net worth, complex, multi-jurisdictional, and LGBTQ+ non-traditional family law matters in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, as well as internationally.  As Co-Chair of Cipriani & Werner’s Family Law practice group, Eva focuses her practice on divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, post-divorce modification, partition actions, transgender issues, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, and property settlement agreements. 

While dealing with family law matters can be difficult emotionally and legally, Eva’s strategic approach on behalf of her clients develops and customizes the best method for successfully resolving these very personal and vitally important matters to secure the maximum desired outcome for her clients.  She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1996 and her J.D., cum laude, from the George Mason University School of Law in 1999.
