A prior Military Officer in the US Air Force, Eric came to DC in 2004. He was recruited for the US State Department prior to finding his home in real estate. He currently resides in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood regularly running, biking and walking his chocolate lab, Abbey, throughout Rock Creek Park. He has resided in many neighborhoods throughout the region, including Logan Circle, U Street and Capitol Hill as well as holding rental property in MD. He manages the Vassar Broermann Group – one of the highest producing teams in the DMV.
