Molly Peter was into sales since childhood and at age 11 with her 1st P&rtner, earned over $1k through her entrepreneurship. Molly grew up in Norwalk, CT and went to Interlochen Arts Academy, winning the Young Artist Award of 1969. She earned her B.A. at Sarah Lawrence College and was a Rockefeller Fellow in Women’s History. Moving to DC, Molly worked at a non-profit for pay equity for women and the EPA, developed the 1st political column in a national women’s magazine, became the 1st Washington editor of Glamour Magazine, was one of Glamour’s 10 Women to Watch, was a producer of Charlie Rose, and owned 5 David’s Cookie stores. A real estate agent since 1987, Molly is Vice President of Your P&rtners at Compass Real Estate and resides in Bethesda, MD.
