Chew on This: Can Vegetarians Be Foodies?

In restaurant critic Todd Kliman’s February 16 chat, a reader asked: “Can a vegetarian/vegan be a ‘foodie’?” Kliman answered by saying that there are lots of types of foodies out there, vegetarians among them. But the debate continued today, when readers wrote in with their thoughts. We want to know your opinion. Can someone who doesn’t indulge in pork belly and veal cheeks still be considered a foodie?
