MAKER FAIRE

Kids and adults of all ages will love Maker Faires. Check out the FREE Silver Spring Maker Faire this weekend, Sunday, September 14 from 12 to 5 PM at Veterans Plaza and the Silver Spring Civic Building (corner of Fenton & Ellsworth). Presented by our friends at Kid Museum, a new children’s museum in Montgomery County, and Discovery Communications. This do-it-yourself fair invites kids and adults to participate in projects and demonstrations including 3D printing, a giant marble run, toys made from recycled materials, robotics, computer games, and so much more.

TotSwap is a great way to sell new and gently used childrens and maternity items. You can find the best in name-brand and specialty items at great prices. It’s an event not to miss!
