Known for its consistency, this local mini-chain offers all of the standard sushi and sashimi fare. Standouts are specialty rolls such as Tuna Extreme, stuffed with spicy tuna and topped with slices of white tuna (escolar). Also worth trying: crispy tempura, meaty and flavorful broiled yellowtail jaw, and red snapper with black-bean sauce and sizzling sesame oil.
