The Hot Ticket: Your Guide to Events on Sale

Here’s your Hot Ticket, our weekly guide to concerts and other events going on sale in the days ahead. Yup—we find out the hottest concerts and when they’re going on sale so you don’t have to do the work. Read on for this week’s heads-ups.

Hometown darlings Thievery Corporation, along with a slew of other great bands, are scheduled to perform at the Outernational Festival at Merriweather Post Pavilion on June 28. (Other bands include TV on the Radio, Ladytron, Turntables on the Hudson, and Federico Aubele.) Buy your tickets tomorrow at 10 AM here.

The Breeders are back! The talented rock band, started in 1988 by Kim Deal of the Pixies, is probably best known for the hit “Cannonball,” but it’s just released a new album and is eager to show off the songs. The band will be at the 9:30 Club on June 11, and tickets are sure to sell out. They just went on sale today, so get yours here.

In a trip down music-nostalgia lane, Journey will play Nissan Pavilion with Heart and Cheap Trick on August 27. Get your tickets starting tomorrow at 10 AM right here; they’re going for $31 to $131.

The B-52s’ show at the 9:30 Club this Saturday is sold out, but you can still grab tickets to see them at DAR with Cyndi Lauper on June 7. Head here to purchase.
