Eleanor Holmes Norton wants federal and nonprofit buildings in Washington to open their doors to crowds on Inauguration Day. As the Washington Business Journalreports, "Norton says the move would help break up the congestion among the millions of people expected for the event, shorten long walks and boost access to rest rooms."
