The DC Independent Film Festival features works about a variety of topics, from the friendship between a young girl and a brain-damaged man (Amber Rose) to a modern, gay fairy tale (Bedfellows). There’ll also be seminars from filmmakers such as Eduardo Sanchez, director of The Blair Witch Project. At various locations through March 13.
