It's never a dull day with the Fojol Bros. truck, which serves up more than delicious Indian curries and mango lassies—the Airstream-like vehicle comes with music and costumed employees. Up against the Fojol fictional land of "Merlindia" is the relative newcomer Eat Wonky, a colorful truck dishing out Canadian poutine and some pretty great whoopie pies.
