Gina Chersevani made a name for herself at the now-shuttered PS
7’s, but her inventive list of drinks at the new Capitol Hill Hank’s
really shows off her talents. While the bartender has a fierce, outspoken
manner, there’s a delicate touch to such cocktails as the Grappling Grape,
made with Bluecoat gin, spiced Concord grapes, and a sprig of rosemary.
