Every week, we’ll pick winning photos to showcase on our website.

Whether you’re training for a race or just taking advantage of the cooler weather, now is a great time to go running outside in Washington—and we want to see where you do it! Send us a photo from your favorite outdoor running route. (Need a little extra motivation? Sign up for one of these off-the-beaten-path races this fall.)

Submit your photos by e-mailing photocontest@washingtonian.com or by tagging #WashMagPhoto on Instagram or Twitter. Please include where the photo was taken and your name with each submission. We’ll highlight our favorite photos on Thursday, October 2.
