Dr. Mary Ella Carter, an experienced and Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, prides herself in the delivery of excellent cosmetic results for her patients. Her performance of both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery promotes diversity within her practice, a value deeply regarded by Dr. Carter.
