Koki Adasi

A lifelong resident of the DC metro area, Koki Adasi has built a top-producing Real Estate team that is proud to work in this vibrant and multicultural city. With more than 17 years in business, Koki has been involved at both the local and national levels of Real Estate, serving in leadership roles for both the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) and the National Association of REALTORS®, and serving on the Executive Committee of the Sports & Entertainment division at Compass Real Estate. As a successful Black entrepreneur in a predominately white industry, Koki is dedicated to running a business where everyone feels welcome and all clients receive concierge- level service.

Koki recognizes the importance of diverse representation and strong role models, and is grateful to be able to engage with DC youth of color as a mentor and coach with local organizations in the DMV. Koki serves on the board of Horton’s Kids and Team Koki team members have been dedicated volunteers and supporters of the organization for nearly a decade. Koki and his team are committed to serving their clients and community with passion and generosity.
