This afternoon's battle is between two underdog trucks that have been beating the odds. DC Empandas came into the Food Truck Fight at number 15 and overcame the second-ranked truck, Blues BBQ, to make it to the Edible Eight. Taco Carrito is the little engine that could: Ranked 26 coming into the Food Truck Fight, it first took down number seven SweetFlow Mobile then zoomed past Windy City Red Hots. You decide who moves onto the Final Four.
