We stationed ourselves outside downtown DC’s Founding Farmers (1924 Pennsylvania Ave., NW; 202-822-8783), whose 40,000 owners—all members of the North Dakota Farmers Union—opened Georgetown’s Agraria two years ago. What did diners think of the place, which offers everything from bacon lollipops to kettle corn to two kinds of deviled eggs?

This is a new favorite for me and my boyfriend. We just ate there the other evening and Christian, one of the managers, is great. The food is fabulous both in quality and price. You can’t beat the red velvet cake, their house salad is amazing and the fried green tomatoes are by far the best in town. Love it!

I’ve been there three times now, the last time being yesterday evening, for cocktails and some bar snacks. It was great, and the bartender Josh was very fun and gave me a lot of information on the drinks i tried - the Organic Cucumber delight and the Constitution - and both were wonderful.
I had the flatbreads with marscapone and proscuitto and the farmer salad and a friend had the lobster deviled eggs, which were heavenly. I usually sit at the bar because it’s a great perch and the service is usually quicker. But, from what i saw in the dining room, there were plenty of servers and crowds of folks coming in as i left and things looked smooth.
definitely try this out -it is amazing!

Aww Im sad that I did not make the final video. Do you perhaps still have that footage? It would be fun to remember since it was my birthday
This video captures the restaurant perfectly- the food is amazing but since they are new, the service was slow and awkward.
