Where & When: What to Do Tonight

Hipster art, a Christmas classic, and a trip down memory lane

Spend an evening remembering days gone by at Show & Tell: An Evening of Nostalgia From the ’80s and ’90s at Wonderland Ballroom. The variety show features stories from comedians, trivia, and a TV-theme-song sing-along, all followed by a dance party. 7 PM. $12 at the door (cash only).

Catch Kenny G and some holiday classics at Strathmore. He’s playing songs from Miracles, one of the best-selling holiday albums of all time. 8 PM. Buy tickets here.

Michael Auger is known for fun, cartoon-style paintings featuring monsters and other animals. An exhibit of his work opens tonight at Tryst. During the reception, there’ll be a demonstration of how the paintings react to blacklight. 7 to 9; free.
