We're halfway through the first round of our Food Truck Fight, and to start off the week, we've got one of the area's longest-running mobile purveyors, the Fojol Bros., battling newbie the PORC Mobile. The silver, vintage-y Fojol truck rushed onto the scene with a costumed troupe of servers, blaring music, and flavorful Indian food. Its competitor turns out all manner of meat products—smoked chopped beef, green-chili chicken sausages, pulled pork—from a tidy white truck.
