$115,000—Value of Pablo Picasso’s 1936 signed black-and-white etching entitled “Faune Devoilant une Femme” that was stolen from Galerie Lareuse in Georgetown this winter. The thieves also got a $14,500 Marc Chagall color lithograph entitled “The Meeting of Ruth & Boaz.”

8—Number of presidents born in Virginia, the most from any single state.

2—Number of presidents born in Vermont, the least populous state to have given birth to more than one president.

18,251,243—Population of Florida, the fourth-largest state and the largest never to have had a president born there.
