The best option at this family-run restaurant near Tysons is chelo kabob barg, an elegant dish combining long-marinated filet mignon with buttery basmati rice garnished with saffron. Grilled Cornish hens are also excellent, but flatbreads, salads, and desserts are less inspiring. Still, as the stream of expat regulars indicates, there’s no better spot for the grilled meats and rice dishes that anchor the Persian diet.
