Buzz Bakery (901 Slaters La., Alexandria; 703-600-2899) also has appealing quiches and pot pies. We like the nutmeg-flecked Lorraine and an unusual breakfast quiche studded with maple sausages (each $4 a slice) as well as savory chicken, beef, and vegetable pies ($5.95 a slice).
