The Wharf
Spanish
Servers in stylish floral jackets push carts showcasing the day’s catches to entice diners toward cuts of grilled seafood. But this high-end Spanish restaurant wows the most with its tapas and gorgeous gin-and-tonics. Absolute musts: a sizzling clay pot of garlicky shrimp and a Spanish tortilla with black truffle and lemon crema (the best we’ve tried anywhere). Of course, Fabio Trabocchi is best known for splurges, which here include hand-carved jamón Ibérico gently warmed by a candle, as well as seafood paella for two or four.
