Robberies on the metro have increased by more than 30 percent this year.

Police officers who broke into the home of Berwyn Heights Mayor Cheye Calvo in search of drugs apparently had no warrant allowing them to do so.

A Bethesda teenager taken into custody for possessing firearms and chemicals also had a map of a presidential motorcade and a fake CIA identification card.

A nine-year-old boy was accidentally shot in the hip by his younger brother. The boy is expected to recover.
