Happy Monday, Washingtonians! Did you enjoy the practically balmy weather yesterday (balmy as in it got to around 50 degrees?) Well, we hope you enjoyed it while it lasted—while it'll still be relatively nice today, we might actually get some snow tomorrow.

And what did Groundhog Day bring us? Well, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, which means six more weeks of  winter. Sigh.

In other news, if you somehow didn't know by now, the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Super Bowl last night, in a relatively exciting game. How about that run by Harrison, eh?

Over on the Hill, the Senate is set to debate the economic stimulus plan today.
