Generous George's Positive Pizza and Pasta Place: This whimsical, kid-friendly Alexandria restaurant revels in carb-fueled excess: There are pizzas smothered in barbecue sauce and chicken, dressed up like a taco, even topped with pastas like lasagna and fettuccine alfredo.
