Food Truck Fight: District Taco vs. Bada Bing DC

What's the best food truck in Washington? You tell us.

THIS POLL IS CLOSED. WINNER: DISTRICT TACO

Good morning! Welcome to the second day of the Food Truck Fight. Congratulations to the Red Hook Lobster Pound, which eked out a narrow win over the very new Pi Truck in our first game; the polls closed this morning. For our first game today, District Taco—from the first generation of the area's food trucks—is taking on a newcomer: Bada Bing, which dishes out cheesesteaks and "spiedies," chicken and pork skewers native to central New York. District Taco has the edge when it comes to experience, too: Owner Marc Wallace opened a bricks-and-mortar storefront in Arlington last year. But Bada Bing chef Nicholas Terzella has culinary chops in his corner. He attended the New England Culinary Institute, worked in Napa Valley, and was one of the top dogs for an Italian restaurant group in Florida.
