Lawyers continue to run for the exits at Howrey, which is expected to announce its dissolution this week. One recent defector is antitrust partner Roxann Henry, who jumped to Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Washington office. There, she joins several former colleagues, including Joseph Lavelle, who left Howrey’s DC office in October. Daniel Meade has rejoined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the corporate practice. He practiced at the firm before his most recent position as senior counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services.
Bracewell & Giuliani welcomed David Sieradzki as a partner in its broker-dealer and market-regulation group. He was previously a senior associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
Eric Conn jumped to Epstein Becker & Green as a partner in the national labor-and-employment practice. He was most recently a partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
