We're wrapping the first round of our Food Truck Fight with this game that pits French crepes against Washington's first mobile cupcakery. There's the Wilson Boulevard-roaming Solar Crepes, the pink-and-orange brainchild of two culinary-school friends who are committed to using eco-friendly practices and making tasty crepes stuffed with locally sourced ingredients. You can't miss the competition, Curbside Cupcakes, a bubblegum-pink truck with more than 20 flavors in its repertoire, including Almond Joy, Egg Nog, and Peanut-Butter Cup. Soon after rolling out one truck, there came another to meet Washington's sugary demands.
