Online registration for the Run for Justice 5K ends today at 11:59 PM. The race, which benefits the Fairfax Law Foundation, starts at Tysons Sport and Health (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean). Afterward, there will be a buffet lunch. 8 AM; register ($35) at

Start your day with sun salutations and down dogs at Yoga on the Mall, hosted by 85 Broads DC and Girls on the Run. All ages and skill levels are welcome. The event is free, but organizers are accepting donations to Girls on the Run, an organization that aims to empower preteen girls through healthy living. 9 AM.

Pacers in Alexandria (1301 King St.) is having a shoe seminar. Learn about proper footwear for a variety of activities and get fitted for a new pair of shoes. 6:30 to 7:30.
