THEATER: Don’t miss opening night of Les Misérables at the Kennedy Center. The 25th-anniversary production of the Tony Award-winning musical will feature new staging inspired by Victor Hugo’s paintings. The show runs through October 30. If you’re in the mood for something a bit darker, Catskill Mountain-natives the Felice Brothers are stopping by the Black Cat’s mainstage tonight. Their latest album, Celebration, Florida, which the AV Club says sounds “like a preacher in a whorehouse zigzags thrillingly off-course,” came out this May.
