high, according to the American Pet Products Association. Food and vet
costs accounted for 65 percent of that, while boarding, grooming, and pet
sitting totaled $3.8 billion, an increase of almost 8 percent from the

When Burke residents Alison and Douglas Burtt rescued a puggle
(a pug-beagle mix) that they named Chester, he was underweight and had
