Vegans, rejoice! Today Chipotle begins offering Sofritas, a vegan filling, in all of its Washington locations.

Sofritas is made of shredded organic tofu braised with chipotle chilies, roasted poblanos, and “a blend of aromatic spices.” It can be added to burritos, bowls, salads, and tacos.

Chipotle first added the vegan menu item to its San Francisco Bay area locations in February. As of today, Sofritas is available on the East Coast in Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Richmond.

Of course, here at Well+Being we’re always interested in the nutritional content of menu items at popular lunch spots. A burrito filled with Sofritas, brown rice, and fresh tomato salsa will set you back 615 calories and 23 grams of fat—plus a whopping 2,000 milligrams of sodium.

We say go for the salad or bowl option, which gets rid of the high-sodium flour tortilla (670 milligrams alone). Need more help? Consult our handy breakdown of the healthiest (and worst) burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads to order at Chipotle
