In case you’ve forgotten—or are trying to—another Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. We’ve got plenty of ideas for how you can celebrate (including our Singles Soiree on Friday), but we’re also looking out for anyone who isn’t into the Hallmark holiday or who’d just like a reminder that being single is sometimes a much better option.
To that end, we’d like to hear your bad date stories. Did you find out halfway through dinner that he’d slept with your roommate the week before? Did she down an entire pitcher of sangria and then projectile-vomit all over the table? Vent about it here. It doesn’t have to be Valentine’s Day-related, it just has to be awful. We’re the only ones who’ll see your name, and we’ll share the stories later this week—anonymously, of course.
Take a look at last year’s submissions (including that sangria story) for inspiration, and tell us yours using the form below.
