If you’ve ever wanted to go rock climbing, you don’t have to go far. While the Colorado Rockies may have more in the way of grand views, Earth Treks gym—right here in Crystal City—has a seriously grand supply of indoor rock climbing walls.

The 45,000-square-foot gym—which happens to be Earth Trek’s largest location—is home to 35,000 square feet of roped climbing and bouldering walls for experienced wall-scalers and newbies alike. Not sure if you like rock climbing? You’re in luck, because you can now try it for free every Tuesday, starting November 7 through March 2018. On Tuesdays at noon, Earth Treks is hosting an hour-long free climb where you can burn off some midday steam (a day pass is usually $25).

If you’re afraid of heights, you can also do some gratis on-the-ground workouts at Earth Treks. Throughout the month of November, indoor rowing gym Row Vigor is leading 45 minutes of interval training every Wednesday at 4:15 PM. Alternatively, you can also get in on some free meditation, led by Natalie Sigmund Wellness, with Earth Trek’s sessions at noon on Mondays now through March. For all three free series, there’s no need to register—just show up ready to climb, HIIT, or om.

Correction: The free meditation classes are on Wednesdays, not Mondays as was previously stated.
