Dr. Mark Domanski is a dual board-certified plastic surgeon (American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.) Few other physicians have this level of dual training. He focuses on achieving natural-looking results that enhance the patient’s appearance while maintaining harmony and balance. His most popular procedures include mommy makeovers and facelifts. Because of Dr. Domanski’s busy schedule, his patients plan their surgeries months in advance.

Dr. Domanski was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in Rockville, Maryland. He attended college at the University of Virginia and medical school at the University of Maryland. He then spent eight years in surgical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch, George Washington University, and the University of Mississippi.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Domanski is a faculty member of the Osler Institute. He helps new graduates prepare for the American Board of Plastic Surgery examination. He finds this contribution especially meaningful—because by having better doctors, we get to live in a society with better medicine. He also serves as Section Chief of Plastic Surgery at Inova Alexandria Hospital.
