Founded in 1974, Rembert Pendleton Jackson is one of the first fee-only financial planning firms in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. We take pride in giving unbiased, comprehensive financial planning and investment advice.

Liz Verdi joined the firm in 2011 and became a principal in 2017. With over 15 years of experience, her primary focuses are retirement and education planning, investment management, and estate implementation. Liz develops tailored financial plans with a clear and concise strategy. She keeps her clients motivated and holds them accountable in an effort to shape their financial behavior.

Liz graduated from Virginia Tech where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in family financial management and a minor in business. She received her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in April 2006 and holds the NASD Series 66 license.

Liz grew up in Virginia Beach and currently lives in Falls Church, Va., with her husband, Anthony, and children, Gianna and Anthony. She is a devoted Hokie that enjoys running, vinyl records, family dinners and dominating her loved ones at Dominoes.
