Justin is a co-founder and private wealth advisor at Caudle Meares Wealth Management. As a fiduciary, he advises affluent individuals, families, and business owners on their entire financial picture; this includes financial planning, portfolio management, tax planning, and estate planning, while coordinating closely with their CPAs, estate attorneys, and other professionals.

Justin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) professional. This knowledge gives him a strong understanding of the strategies and solutions to address the needs of high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, business owners, and corporate executives.

Justin began his career as a financial advisor in 2009, serving as guide to clients as they emerged from the Global Financial Crises. Prior to co-founding Caudle Meares Wealth Management, Justin also held various leadership positions that include Registered Principal and Branch Manager, overseeing more than two dozen financial advisors and staff. Justin and his family reside in Northern Virginia, and he spends his free time competing as a cyclist and searching for his golf ball.
