Andrew Jezic is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Jezic is also a co-author of Maryland Law of Confessions. The 1700-page treatise, now in its 19th edition by West, has been cited by both of Maryland’s appellate courts. In a recent sex offense case, Jezic successfully vacated a client’s guilty plea and then obtained a jury acquittal on all charges, despite the client’s full confession on video. Through two jury trials in a high-profile murder case, Jezic helped a former army ranger earn acquittals on all homicide counts except involuntary manslaughter.
