Erin is a Partner at the Burr Law Firm, where she practices as a family law attorney and mediator in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Erin serves as Collaborative counsel, negotiates settlements and prenuptial agreements, and, when appropriate, litigates on behalf of clients in divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property distribution, paternity, civil protection proceedings, and other matters involving family disputes. Erin has been appointed by the Court to represent children as a Guardian ad Litem in custody cases. Erin is a trained mediator and regularly serves in that capacity in family law matters.
