Mr. Lamken has argued 20 cases before the Supreme Court and briefed dozens more on a wide range of topics, including administrative law, civil rights, criminal procedure, energy law, intellectual property, and telecommunications law. Before founding MoloLamken LLP, Mr. Lamken headed BakerBotts’ Supreme Court and Appellate practice in Washington, D.C. and served as an Assistant to the Solicitor General in the United States Department of Justice.
