Dr. Derek Blank, founder of DC Pediatric Smiles, is a board certified pediatric dentist — a distinction held by less than 3% of dentists nationwide. He is recognized as a Diplomate in the American Board of

Pediatric Dentistry and a Member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Blank and his wife have three young children. Together, they enjoy a variety of family adventures including skiing, traveling, and (all trying their best at) surfing.
