David is a fifth-generation Washingtonian with an extensive knowledge of the city and its suburbs. He loves all that the region has to offer and has always had a natural ability to help people. Real estate was a natural fit for him. During the course of his 10- year DC commercial real estate career, he developed a proficiency in real estate contracts, finance, and project management. David made the move to residential real estate to combine his mastery of DC metro neighborhoods with his passion for helping and connecting people. Whether buying or selling, David’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail ensure an efficient sale every time. His candor, proactive drive to meet clients’ needs, and ability to anticipate potential issues set him apart from other agents. David grew up in Potomac, Maryland, and currently resides in Chevy Chase, MD after living in DC for 17 years. In his free time, he enjoys hosting friends for dinner, organizing group travel, and playing golf and pickleball.
