Eva Davis loves meeting people and building relationships. She grew up in Houston, where she made friends playing basketball and at Camp Judea a Young Judaea summer camp. After a gap year in Israel, she attended GW and then Johns Hopkins for a graduate degree while working full time at Fannie Mae in credit risk in the secondary mortgage market, and fell in love with DC. Eva is highly skilled and savvy in business and won Rookie of the Year in her first year in real estate. Her clients love her high-touch service, negotiation skills, deep experience in the hyper local markets, and sense of humor. As Executive Vice President of Your P&rtners at Compass, Eva brings leadership and fierce loyalty to her team. She volunteers with and is on the board of several local non-profits, the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center, and the Anti-Defamation League.
Eva and her University of Michigan loving husband and their two kids live in Downtown Bethesda and enjoy traveling, exploring the DMV food scene, local concerts, museums, and parks with playgrounds.
