Sam is a Northern Virginia native and has been a Realtor® since 1985. He was the Vice President/Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker in Reston for 5 years before returning to residential sales 20 years ago, joining Kathy to form the Scoggin Home Team. Kathy is a longtime D.C. area resident and started in real estate over 25 years ago. She also learned first-hand from her Realtor® parents during their 30+ year careers. Clients benefit from Sam and Kathy’s combined backgrounds, professional integrity, and experience, from pre-listing to post-settlement.

Sam is an alumnus of Penn State, where he was a collegiate swim- mer, and Kathy is an alumnus of The University of Tennessee. And Rocket, (pictured, center) is their loyal trail buddy.
