Plus more fresh options for dining and drinking.

More bagels at Cork Market

1805 14th St., NW

The popularity of the Bullfrog Bagels pop-up spurred another weekend of special bagels and bialys. Pre-orders are sold out, but you can still walk in on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting at 10 for fresh rounds and a variety of spreads.

Sandwich Sundays at Cashion’s Eat Place

1819 Columbia Rd., NW

This Sunday marks the beginning of the Sunday Sandwich Series, where diners can “reserve” a ‘wich and beer shandy in advance for a $15 dinner ($10 with no booze). The barbecue-inspired menu includes a bison burger, lamb barbacoa with feta and marinated cabbage, a bánh mi-esque shrimp-scallop burger, and a Sloppy Joe riff. Non-ticketed orders are $17 ($12 without drinks).

America Eats Tavern goes full service

1700 Tysons Blvd., Tysons Corner

José Andrés just opened his latest restaurant this week for breakfast and lunch, and you can now head in for dinner as well. The historically minded menu reads like an ode to American cuisine, with an emphasis on local dishes (soft-shell crabs, peanut soup) and ingredients.

Lunch for $10 at Grapeseed

4865 Cordell Ave., Bethesda

Lunchtime deal-seekers can stop into this Bethesda wine bar during the week for $10 meals. Specials vary by day, including crispy soft-shell crab sandwiches on Tuesday, large salads and a bowl of soup on Wednesday, and fried-chicken with spicy greens and mashed potatoes on Thursday. The dry-aged burger is available for $10 all week long.

Lunch for $10 at Osteria Marzano

6361 Walker Ln., Alexandria

Virginia diners can pick a pasta or sandwich and accompanying soup or salad for just $10. Dishes include spinach-ricotta agnolotti, meatball paninos, minestrone soup, and arugula salad. The offer is available Monday through Friday, 11 to 3.

Magnums and salads at Blue Duck Tavern

1201 24th St., NW

On the vino side you’ll find Tuesday tastings from hard-to-find magnum bottles such as 1993 Dunn Howell Mountain Napa Valley Cabernet ($30 for four-ounce pours). Chef Sebastien Archambault also introduced a number of new menu items for summer, including several lunchtime salads with toppings that range from prawns to Wagyu beef, sea bass, and duck confit.

Wagyu flights at BLT Steak

1625 I St., NW

Chef Jeremy Shelton quadrupled the steakhouse’s offering of coveted Wagyu beef since taking over the kitchen, and now offers flights of the delicacy. Dinner-goers can pick between three and five cuts of Japanese and American Wagyu ($95 and $150 each), each accompanied with pickled and grilled ramps, roasted bone marrow, and miso mostarda.
