It's time for The Washingtonian's Cheap Eats guide! Read our picks in the June issue of the magazine, on stands now, and check out an online-only photo slideshow of local cheap eats restaurants below. But one warning: don't look at this during your lunch hour. You may find yourself in your car, heading out to Annandale or Falls Church to dine at one of these delicious and affordable spots. Four of my friends and I had lunch at a restaurant recommended in the June 2009 issue of the Washingtonian. The restaurant is La Limena. "The finesse of a white-tablecloth restaurant"? You must be kidding We got there at 12:40 p.m. and didn’t get served until
1:30. The service was terrible and the food only so-so. Cheap though! This is the second time that I’ve been taken by your rating.

Why isn’t Mandu a cheap eat? It’s so delicious and a bargain!
