A week after the red carpet opening of Top Chef contestant Spike Mendelsohn's Good Stuff Eatery (303 Pennsylvania Ave., SE; 202-543-8222) we ventured back to Capitol Hill to find out what diners thought of the burgers, fries, and signature toasted marshmallow milkshake.

The most disgusting food ever! Will never eat there again. Arrived late one night, got served soggy fries and grease and blood soaked buns with the hamburgers!

Gone are the robust bureaus for the Los Angeles Times, Newhouse News, and other once-healthy news organizations. Digital media bureaus now are taking their places with as many reporters and plenty of swagger.
