The 20th annual Rooms With a View lecture series kicks off tonight with a reception at Artisphere. The series highlights the most interesting aspects of living and working in Rosslyn. Following the reception is an open rehearsal of Washington Shakespeare Company’s Irish tragedy, Juno and the Paycock. Free; begins at 6 PM.

Not sick of the snow yet? Take in Warren Miller’s Wintervention at the Arlington Cinema ’N’ Drafthouse, which takes you on a virtual tour to locales such as Alaska, Norway, and Canada. The documentary is narrated by skier Jonny Moseley. 7:30; get tickets ($12) at the venue’s Web site.
