Happy Friday, cupcake lovers! We're through our first week of the Cupcake Cup, and it seems Best Buns is the favorite in the latest matchup, winning handily over Natalia's Elegant Creations by a wide margin. Curbside Cupcakes vs. Just Cakes is going on over here, and you can vote in that face-off until 10 AM tomorrow.

Bread & Chocolate at ACKC: This chocolate and hot coffee shop, which has locations both in Alexandria and DC's Logan Circle, serves up the tasty and rich cupcakes made by DC's own Bread & Chocolate.
Furin's: The Georgetown cafe claims to serve cupcakes that are "bigger and better than ANY other cupcake in Georgetown." Try one of their (admittedly massive) cupcake flavors like chocolate or strawberry shortcake and decide for yourself.
