Happy Monday, food truck followers! A handful of food trucks are out today for those unlucky employees working on Columbus Day. The plus side: specials for your desk such as shiitake mushroom donburi at Seoul Food, jerk chicken Kingston sandwiches aboard Sundevich Truck, and tortilla soup from South Meets East.

Chinatown (Seventh and G sts., NW), where you'll find Fire & Rice, and Fojol Bros. (Volathai).

Farragut Square (17th and I sts., NW), where you'll find Basil Thyme, Hungry Heart, and South Meets East.

Metro Center (12th and G sts., NW), where you'll find Fojol Bros. (Merlindia), Fresh Green Food, and Best Burritos.

Northern Virginia, where you'll find DC Sliders (Tysons), Brandon's Little Truck, Red Hook Lobster (Ballston), and Seoul Food (Court House).

Union Station (North Capitol St. and Massachusetts Ave., NE), where you'll find Brown Bag.
